Sauci AI is an AI-generated, 18+ entertainment platform where all characters, chats, images, voices, and videos are produced solely by artificial intelligence. No real persons appear or are depicted on the platform.

1. Contact Point for Authorities (Article 11 DSA)

EU law enforcement, government bodies, and regulatory authorities may contact us at: legal@sauci.ai

Required languages accepted: English.

This email may be used for:

  • preservation orders
  • requests for information
  • DSA-related obligations
  • notices involving illegal content

We respond to official requests without undue delay.

2. Contact Point for Users (Article 12 DSA)

Users located in the EU can contact us regarding DSA matters at: support@sauci.ai or via Discord moderation team (non-legal inquiries)

Supported languages: English.

Users may use this channel for:

  • reporting problematic content
  • submitting complaints
  • requesting content explanations
  • transparency questions related to AI or moderation

3. Moderation Policy Transparency (Articles 14–15 DSA)

Sauci AI enforces content rules as described in the following policies:

Moderation is performed through:

  • Automated systems (AI safety filters, classifiers, and behavior monitoring)
  • Human moderation (for escalated, ambiguous, or sensitive cases)

Users are notified if their content or account is restricted, unless doing so would interfere with safety, fraud prevention, or legal compliance.

4. Reporting Illegal or Violating Content (Article 16 DSA)

EU users can report potentially illegal or policy-violating content here: support@sauci.ai

Reports should include:

  • Description of the issue
  • URL or in-app identifier of the content
  • Why you believe the content violates EU law or our policies
  • Any relevant screenshots

We review reports within a reasonable timeframe, typically within 7 business days.

5. Complaint Mechanism (Article 20 DSA)

Users who disagree with a moderation decision may:

via support@sauci.ai, stating:

  • the action taken
  • why you believe the decision was incorrect
  • any additional context

Appeals are reviewed by a different reviewer than the one who made the original decision.

We generally resolve appeals within 7 business days.

6. Out-of-Court Dispute Settlement (Article 21 DSA)

EU users may also choose independent dispute-resolution bodies certified in their Member State. Details vary by country and will be supported upon request: legal@sauci.ai

7. Transparency of Automated Moderation (Article 22 DSA)

Sauci AI uses automated systems to:

  • detect attempts to generate minors or real humans
  • prevent illegal content
  • filter harmful or abusive prompts
  • enforce terms of service
  • maintain a safe environment for adults

Automated systems include:

  • text classification
  • image-safety models
  • voice content auditors
  • behavioral anomaly detection (anti-fraud + anti-trafficking filters)

Users always have the right to request human review.

8. Transparency of Recommender Systems (Article 27 DSA)

Sauci AI uses AI-based recommender models to suggest:

  • content categories
  • style preferences
  • visual themes
  • interaction settings

Recommendations are based on:

  • user-selected preferences

  • character attributes chosen by the user
  • optional user customization

Sauci AI does not use:

  • demographic profiling
  • real-person data
  • third-party advertising data
  • data from other websites or apps

Users have full control over:

  • character appearance
  • personality traits
  • conversation style
  • limits and themes

9. Monthly Active EU Users (Article 24(2) DSA)

Sauci AI is not classified as a Very Large Online Platform (VLOP).
If required, we will publish EU Monthly Active User counts on this page.

10. Notice-and-Action Logging (Article 17 DSA)

To comply with the DSA, Sauci AI keeps internal logs related to:

  • submitted content reports
  • moderation decisions
  • appeals and reversals
  • automated detection flags

This data is not shared with third parties except where legally required.

11. Trusted Flaggers (Article 19 DSA)

If Sauci AI is notified by an EU Digital Services Coordinator that an entity has “Trusted Flagger” status, we will:

  • prioritize their notices
  • ensure timely processing
  • maintain compliance records

12. Law Enforcement Cooperation (Articles 9–10 DSA)

Sauci AI cooperates with:

  • EU Member State law enforcement
  • Europol
  • judicial authorities

Only with valid legal orders or obligations under EU law.
