At Sauci AI, operated by REGNEXT EOOD (UIC 208608387, Sofia, Bulgaria), we are committed to providing a safe, respectful, and creative environment where adults can explore AI-generated companionship, stories, images, and videos.

This Content Moderation Policy explains how we detect, prevent, and respond to content that violates our Terms of Service, Prohibited Content & Safety Policy, or applicable laws. It applies to all use of the Sauci AI platform.

1. Scope of Moderation

This policy covers every form of content on Sauci AI, including:

  • AI-generated text, chats, images, audio, and videos
  • User-submitted prompts, character descriptions, and instructions
  • User profile information, usernames, and metadata
  • Interactions, behavioral patterns, and system usage
  • Any content shared or stored within the platform

Whether created intentionally or inadvertently, all content is subject to moderation under this policy.

2. Prohibited Content

Users may not use Sauci AI to generate, promote, depict, simulate, or distribute any content involving:

  • violence, abuse, or real-world harm
  • sexual violence or coercive scenarios
  • human trafficking or exploitation
  • child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or any depiction of minors
  • content resembling minors in sexual or intimate contexts
  • non-consensual impersonation or explicit deepfakes of real individuals
  • hate speech, harassment, or extremist ideology
  • encouragement of self-harm or suicide
  • fraud, scams, or illegal financial activities
  • attempts to bypass moderation filters or exploit weaknesses
  • content that violates privacy, likeness rights, or intellectual property

Violations may lead to immediate removal, suspension, or permanent account termination.

For detailed definitions and examples, refer to our Prohibited Content & Safety Policy.

3. Moderation Methods

To maintain a safe platform, Sauci AI uses a layered moderation approach:

a. Automated Detection Tools

We employ AI-based safety filters that:

  • scan prompts in real time
  • monitor generated outputs
  • block or flag harmful instructions
  • detect minors, violence, impersonation, and other restricted themes
  • identify patterns associated with high-risk content

These automated systems are continuously trained and refined.

b. Human Review

Members of our Trust & Safety team manually review:

  • flagged content
  • user reports
  • repeated violations
  • borderline or context-dependent cases
  • public characters (if applicable)

Human review ensures accuracy and fairness in moderation decisions.

c. Proactive Monitoring

We periodically audit:

  • trending prompts
  • high-risk generation patterns
  • popular characters
  • unusual or suspicious usage activity

This helps prevent abuse and maintain a high-quality, compliant environment.

d. Rate Limiting & Prompt Restrictions

Users may encounter:

  • blocked prompts
  • restricted keywords
  • temporary rate limits
  • warning messages

These measures help prevent exploitation and maintain platform safety.

4. Reporting Violations

If you encounter content that violates our policies, please report it to: support@sauci.ai

Include:

  • a link or screenshot
  • the nature of the violation
  • any relevant details

Reports are reviewed within 7 business days, often sooner. We may request additional information for clarification.

You may also notify our moderation team via our official Discord server.
Discord reports are treated as informal alerts and may be forwarded for review.

Formal policy-violations, legal concerns, and urgent safety reports must still be submitted via email to support@sauci.ai, where they will be reviewed under our official procedures.

5. Account Actions & Enforcement

Depending on the severity and frequency of violations, Sauci AI may take one or more of the following actions:

  • removal of content
  • restrictions on specific features
  • warnings or educational prompts
  • temporary account suspension
  • permanent account termination
  • IP/device restriction for repeated offenders
  • referral to law enforcement when legally required

Severe violations—especially involving minors, exploitation, or illegal activity, may result in immediate and permanent bans.

Appeals

Users may appeal moderation decisions by emailing support@sauci.ai. Appeals are reviewed by a senior member of our Trust & Safety team.

6. User Responsibility

Users are responsible for:

  • their prompts
  • the AI-generated content they request or save
  • their behavior on the platform
  • complying with all policies and applicable law

Attempts to:

  • bypass filters,
  • generate restricted content indirectly,
  • or repeatedly push boundaries

constitute a violation and may lead to account termination.

Sauci AI is a creative tool—not a shield for illegal or harmful conduct.

7. Continuous Improvement

We actively improve our moderation systems via:

  • regular audits and safety testing
  • updated filters and machine learning models
  • collaboration with legal, safety, and AI ethics advisors
  • user feedback and ongoing risk assessments
  • adapting to new laws, including the EU AI Act and global safety regulations

We are committed to transparency in how moderation is applied and improved over time.
