Content Removal & Likeness Protection Policy

At Sauci AI, operated by REGNEXT EOOD (UIC 208608387, Sofia, Bulgaria), we are committed to creating a safe, respectful, and lawful experience for all users.Because all characters, images, videos, and text on Sauci AI are generated by artificial intelligence, it is possible, though unintentional, that certain outputs may appear similar to real individuals.

Sauci AI does not permit content that intentionally depicts real people or uses their likeness. This policy explains how individuals can request removal of content that resembles them and how Sauci AI handles such requests.

We aim to respond to all valid removal requests within 7 business days or sooner.

1. Unintentional Resemblance to Real Individuals

All content generated on Sauci AI is:

• created by AI,
• controlled by user prompts, and
• not based on real individuals.

Any resemblance to an actual person is accidental and non-deliberate.

If a user or third party believes that an AI-generated character, image, or video unintentionally resembles a real person, they may request its removal.

2. How to Request Content Removal

If you believe content on Sauci AI resembles you or someone you represent, please email: support@sauci.ai.

Provide the following information:

1. A link or screenshot of the content in question
2. A brief explanation of why you believe the content resembles you (or the person you represent)
3. Your contact information

We will review the request and respond within 7 business days, often sooner.

3. Verification Requirements

To ensure the legitimacy of removal requests and prevent misuse, Sauci AI may request reasonable evidence to verify:

• your identity, or
• your authorization to act on behalf of the person whose likeness is allegedly represented.

Examples may include:

• a government ID (with sensitive data redacted if preferred)
• a signed verification statement
• proof of representation (if acting for another person)

Verification is used solely for identity confirmation and is deleted after the request is resolved, unless retention is required by law.

4. Content Removal Procedure

If Sauci AI determines that:

• the content resembles a real individual, and
• the resemblance could cause confusion, harm, or reputational impact, or
• the content violates our Prohibited Content & Safety Policy

we will remove the content promptly.

Actions may include:

• deleting the specific content
• restricting or disabling the associated character
• limiting generation patterns that caused the issue
• suspending prompts linked to likeness misuse

Our goal is to handle requests quickly, ethically, and transparently.

5. Privacy & Confidentiality

All removal requests are handled with strict confidentiality.

Sauci AI will:

• never disclose your identity or request details to third parties without your consent
• only request minimal verification data
• delete verification materials once processing is complete
• treat all likeness removal requests under strict privacy safeguards

We comply with GDPR, EU AI Act guidelines, and international privacy standards.

6. Abuse or Repeated Violations

Users who repeatedly attempt to generate or upload content resembling real individuals—especially in NSFW or harmful contexts—may face:

• content deletion
• temporary account suspension
• permanent account termination
• potential legal reporting in extreme cases

Real-person explicit content is strictly forbidden on Sauci AI.
