While our platform exclusively generates fictional AI content and does not depict real individuals, we recognize that law enforcement may occasionally require information for legitimate investigative purposes.

This page outlines how Sauci AI handles official requests from law enforcement agencies.

1. Our Cooperation Framework

Sauci AI cooperates with law enforcement agencies only when required by applicable law and only upon receipt of valid legal process, such as:

• Court orders
• Warrants
• Subpoenas
• Requests issued under EU, UK, US, or Bulgarian legal authority

We do not respond to informal, uncertified, or non-binding requests.

2. What Data Sauci AI Collects

Sauci AI collects minimal personal data, limited to:

• Account information (email address, encrypted password)
• Transaction records (via our payment processors)
• Usage meta-data (non-content logs required for security & fraud prevention)

We do not collect:

• Real-person images
• Webcam data
• Biometric data
• Social profiles
• Identification documents (unless legally required for age checks in specific jurisdictions)

3. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

All characters, imagery, and chats on Sauci AI are:

• fully AI-generated
• fictional
• not based on real people

Therefore, no content on our platform depicts an actual person, and no “model records” exist (e.g., 18+ verification models), making most 2257-style requests inapplicable.

4. Requirements for Law Enforcement Requests

To process a request, it must:

1. Be issued under valid legal authority
2. Clearly identify the requesting agency
3. Specify the exact data being requested
4. Include a valid case reference or legal basis
5. Be addressed to our Legal Department

We reserve the right to reject, narrow, or challenge overly broad or unlawful requests.

5. Emergency Requests

In cases where there is an imminent threat to life, Sauci AI may evaluate emergency disclosure requests without formal paperwork, provided the requester submits:

• agency name
• verifying contact details
• nature of the emergency
• justification that immediate disclosure is necessary

We respond on a best-effort basis.

6. Data Retention Limits

Sauci AI retains:

• account data only while the account is active
• transactional data as required by financial compliance
• logs for fraud & security detection for a limited retention window

We do not retain deleted conversations or deleted content.

8. False or Fraudulent Requests

Any attempt to impersonate law enforcement, fabricate documents, or obtain user data unlawfully will result in:
