Sauci AI, operated by REGNEXT EOOD (UIC 208608387, Sofia, Bulgaria), is committed to providing a safe, lawful, and responsible environment for all users. The Sauci AI platform (“Website”) contains AI-generated adult content intended exclusively for adults who meet the legal age requirements in their country of residence.

By accessing Sauci AI, users affirm that:

• they are at least 18 years old, or
• meet the age of majority in their jurisdiction,
• and are legally permitted to view adult content.

Sauci AI strictly prohibits minors from accessing the Website and strictly prohibits any AI-generated content that depicts, resembles, or involves minors in any form.

• attempts to create AI characters with minor-like attributes
• any sexualization of individuals who appear under 18

Our Prohibited Content Policy and safety systems ban all minor-related content without exception.

Violations will result in immediate account action.

3. Content Moderation & Automated Detection

Sauci AI uses proprietary AI safety filters, LLM-based moderation systems, and human review to detect:

• minor-like features
• prompts attempting to bypass age restrictions
• unsafe or prohibited themes

If content is flagged, our team may manually review the interaction to ensure compliance. We reserve the right to take immediate action, including content removal, restriction, or account termination.

We aim to balance platform privacy with user safety and legal compliance.

4. Content Removal

Any content, prompt or generated output, that violates this Underage Policy will be removed immediately at our sole discretion.

Users attempting to generate or distribute underage content may face:

• permanent account termination
• reporting to relevant authorities (if legally required)
• IP bans and system restrictions

Reports are handled confidentially and reviewed with priority.

6. Termination for Violations

Sauci AI reserves the right to suspend or terminate access for any user suspected of:

• being underage
• generating minor-related content
• attempting to bypass platform safety measures

Such actions may occur without prior notice and are taken to protect our users, our platform, and legal compliance obligations.

7. International Age Verification Requirements

Sauci AI serves users globally. Certain jurisdictions impose additional legal requirements regarding age verification and the protection of minors. To comply with these obligations, Sauci AI applies enhanced age-assurance measures where required.

7.1 Australia — Under-16 Access Restrictions

In accordance with Australia’s 2025 Social Media Age Restriction and Age Assurance Regulations, Sauci AI implements reasonable steps to prevent access by users under the age of 16 residing in Australia.
