Prohibited Content & Safety Policy

At Sauci AI, operated by REGNEXT EOOD (UIC 208608387, Sofia, Bulgaria), we are committed to maintaining a safe, lawful, and respectful environment for all users.

Sauci AI allows adult content and AI-generated NSFW experiences, but strict boundaries apply.

This Prohibited Content & Safety Policy explains which categories of content are not allowed under any circumstances, whether generated by users, AI characters, or through any features of the platform. Additional rules also apply as outlined in our Terms of Service.

This Policy applies to all content on Sauci AI, including (but not limited to):
text, images, videos, audio, characters, prompts, and any AI-generated Output.

1. Prohibited Content

The categories below are strictly forbidden. Any attempt to create, request, upload, or generate this type of content may result in immediate content removal, account suspension, or termination.

a. Illegal Content

Content that violates any applicable local, national, or international law is prohibited.

This includes, without limitation:

• criminal activity or instructions on how to commit crimes
• illegal drugs, weapons, or trafficking
• solicitation or endorsement of unlawful acts
• extremist or terrorist activities

b. Child Safety (Zero Tolerance)

1. Child Exploitation – Absolutely Prohibited

Any content involving minors (under 18) in any context of nudity, sexuality, grooming, harm, coercion, or exploitation is strictly forbidden.

This includes:

• child sexual abuse material (CSAM)
• grooming, seduction, or exploitation themes
• endangerment or harassment of minors
• sharing or generating minor-related explicit content

Sauci AI enforces a zero-tolerance policy and may report such attempts to relevant authorities.

2. Content Resembling Minors

It is strictly prohibited to create, upload, request, or attempt to generate AI characters or AI outputs that depict, resemble, or appear to resemble minors, regardless of user intent.

This includes:

• youthful/underage-appearing characters
• “aged-down” adult characters
• stylized, anime, or fictional characters that look underage
• prompts designed to bypass age filters

Any content perceived as depicting someone under 18 will be removed.

c. Hate Speech, Harassment, & Discrimination

Content that promotes or encourages hatred, harassment, humiliation, or violence based on:

• race
• ethnicity
• nationality
• religion
• gender
• sexuality
• disability
• or any protected characteristic

is prohibited. This includes slurs, bigoted behavior, and content encouraging harm toward individuals or groups.

d. Violence, Harm & Self-Harm

You may not generate or request content that:

• glorifies or promotes violence
• encourages self-harm, suicide, or injury
• endorses acts of torture, terrorism, or physical violence
• promotes harm toward individuals or groups

Non-consensual violent fantasies (sexual or otherwise) are strictly prohibited.

e. Sexual Violence, Exploitation & Abuse

The following are not allowed under any circumstance:

• non-consensual sexual scenarios
• coercion, extortion, or manipulation
• sexualization of unconscious, asleep, or incapacitated individuals
• human trafficking themes
• abuse or exploitation of vulnerable individuals

f. Extremes of NSFW Content

The following categories are strictly banned:

• gore, mutilation, or extreme violence
• bestiality or sexual acts involving animals
• necrophilia
• incest (real or fictionalized)
• content depicting non-consensual acts, force, or coercion
• content involving human trafficking

g. Impersonation & Real Person Depictions

You may not generate or attempt to generate:

• explicit content involving real individuals without consent
• lookalike sexual content using the likeness of a real person
• deepfakes of public figures, celebrities, influencers, or private individuals
• misleading impersonations intended to deceive or harm

Sauci AI allows fantasy-based characters only. Explicit depictions of real people are not permitted.

h. Privacy Violations & Intellectual Property Abuse

Prohibited content includes:

• sharing private or identifying information of others
• doxxing or attempts to expose someone’s identity
• uploading copyrighted or licensed material without permission
• generating AI content designed to recreate copyrighted works
• stealing or replicating someone else’s character, persona, or likeness

i. Moderation Evasion & System Abuse

Users may not:

• attempt to bypass safety filters
• use prompts or techniques to force restricted content
• share instructions on avoiding detection
• manipulate the system to generate prohibited outputs
• use bots or automation to exploit the platform

Any attempt to circumvent safety systems may result in an immediate ban.

2. User Responsibility

As a user of Sauci AI, you are fully responsible for:

• your prompts
• your interactions with AI characters
• the content you generate, save, or share
• any Output created by your use of the Services

Sauci AI does not endorse or control the interpretations or behaviors of AI models.
By using the platform, you agree that:

• you will follow all applicable laws
• you will not engage in harmful, illegal, or unethical activities
• you will comply with this Prohibited Content & Safety Policy
• you bear full responsibility for your generated Output

Using Sauci AI for illegal or harmful purposes is strictly forbidden.

3. Content Moderation

Sauci AI uses a combination of:

• automated moderation systems
• AI-based filters
• manual review when necessary

to detect prohibited content.

While most conversations remain private and automated, the system may flag certain content for review when it violates our Terms or this Policy.

If content is flagged:

• REGNEXT EOOD reserves the right to review the relevant portions
• appropriate action may be taken, including account suspension or termination
• safety and legal compliance take priority over user privacy in these cases

We aim to balance privacy with safety obligations and maintain a respectful environment for all users.

4. Content Removal & Account Suspension

If you violate this Policy, Sauci AI may take one or more of the following actions:

• remove or restrict access to content
• temporarily suspend account access
• permanently terminate your account
• block your access to the platform
• notify relevant authorities (in severe or illegal cases)

Decisions are made at REGNEXT EOOD’s discretion and may be final.

5. Reporting Violations

If you encounter harmful, illegal, or policy-violating content, please contact: support@sauci.ai

Include as much detail as possible so we can investigate promptly.

6. Termination Rights

REGNEXT EOOD reserves the right to:

• suspend any user,
• terminate accounts, and
• restrict access to the Services

for any violation of this Policy, our Terms of Service, or applicable law.

We take violations, especially around safety, minors, and exploitation, extremely seriously.
