Sauci AI is committed to making our platform accessible, inclusive, and usable for all individuals, including people with disabilities. Although Sauci AI is a digital AI service intended for adults (18+), we believe accessibility is an essential part of user experience and regulatory compliance. We aim to ensure that all users can navigate, understand, and interact with our platform, regardless of their abilities, devices, or assistive technologies.

1. Our Accessibility Commitment

Our goal is to provide a seamless and barrier-free experience for all eligible adult users.

2. Measures We Have Implemented

We actively take steps to ensure accessibility across the platform, including:

✔ Keyboard navigability
All primary actions, menus, and navigation areas can be used via keyboard without requiring a mouse.

✔ Screen-reader compatibility
We structure content with semantic HTML to support screen readers and assistive technologies.

✔ Color contrast & visibility
We maintain sufficient text-to-background contrast and avoid inaccessible color combinations.

✔ Clear UI structure
Our layout uses consistent, predictable patterns to help users navigate with ease.

✔ Captions and alt-text where applicable
Where visual UI components are relevant to navigation, alternative text or labels are provided.

✔ Adjustable content scaling
Text and interface elements are designed to work properly when resized.

✔ Reduced motion options (in progress)
We are working on additional settings to reduce animations and motion effects.

3. Ongoing Improvements

Accessibility on Sauci AI is an ongoing process. We continuously evaluate:

  • new features
  • UI updates
  • AI interface changes
  • navigation patterns
  • user feedback

We update elements that may unintentionally hinder accessibility and expand the platform’s support for assistive technologies.

If you notice any accessibility barriers, please let us know so we can fix them promptly.

4. Known Limitations

While we work hard to provide a fully accessible platform, some areas may still have limitations, such as:

  • dynamically generated AI content that may not always have perfect semantic structure
  • complex interfaces where alt-text or ARIA labels may still be improved
  • third-party components (e.g., payment processors, Discord links) with their own accessibility constraints

We are actively addressing these issues as part of our continuous development.

5. Feedback & Contact for Accessibility Issues

We welcome feedback from users and accessibility experts.
If you encounter any barriers or require alternative access options, please contact us:

You may also reach us through our Discord support channel.

We aim to respond to all accessibility-related requests within 7 business days.

6. Enforcement & Compliance Questions

For EU users, concerns about accessibility compliance may be submitted to the relevant national enforcement authority under the EU Web Accessibility Directive. We will cooperate fully if contacted by any supervisory body.

7. Continuous Commitment

Accessibility is not a one-time task; it is part of our long-term commitment to:

  • user experience
  • fairness
  • inclusivity
  • regulatory compliance

We will continue updating this statement as improvements are implemented.
