Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)

This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) outlines the rules, restrictions, and responsibilities for all users (“you”, “user”) accessing or using Sauci AI, operated by:

This AUP forms part of our Terms of Service and applies to all use of:

• sauci.ai
• associated apps or interfaces
• AI chat, image, voice, and video systems
• account features, payments, and communication channels
• our Discord server and any third-party integrations

By using Sauci AI, you agree to comply with this AUP. If you do not agree, you must stop using the Services.

1. General Principles

Sauci AI is an 18+ AI companionship and entertainment platform. All characters, outputs, and interactions are fictional, AI-generated, and not real individuals.

Users must:

• use the platform legally
• respect other users and Sauci AI staff
• ensure their inputs and interactions follow this AUP
• avoid misuse, abuse, or attempts to circumvent safeguards

We reserve the right to enforce this AUP at our discretion.

2. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on Sauci AI. Violations may lead to content removal, account suspension, permanent bans, or referral to law enforcement.

2.1. Illegal Activities

You may not use Sauci AI to engage in, promote, or simulate:

• any form of criminal activity
• trafficking, exploitation, or coercion
• fraud or deception
• distribution of malware
• evading law enforcement
• purchasing or selling illegal goods

We comply with international legal requests and reporting obligations.

2.2. Child Safety & Underage Restrictions

Absolutely prohibited:

• generating, requesting, or implying content involving minors
• attempting to create AI characters resembling minors
• suggesting underage themes, pasts, storylines, or attributes
• allowing minors access to the platform
• lying about your age (must be 18+)

Violation results in permanent termination.

2.3. Harmful, Abusive, or Violent Behavior

Prohibited:

• promoting violence, physical harm, or self-harm
• encouraging suicide or dangerous activities
• harassment, bullying, or intimidation
• extremist, terrorist, or violent ideology

2.4. Hate Speech & Discrimination

You may not generate or promote content that:

• demeans or attacks protected groups
• encourages discrimination or hateful acts
• glorifies racist, extremist, or supremacist ideology
   

2.5. Impersonation & Real-Person Abuse

You may not:

• impersonate any real person (celebrity or private individual)
• attempt to generate likenesses of real individuals
• create characters intended to represent real people
• upload prompts or descriptions of real individuals

We remove any resemblance-based content upon request through our Content Removal Policy.

2.6. Copyright, Trademark, and IP Abuse

Prohibited:

• uploading copyrighted material you don’t own
• attempting to recreate trademarked characters
• distributing pirated content
• bypassing DMCA processes
• using Sauci AI to “train” external models

3. Technical Misuse & System Abuse

The following behaviors are strictly forbidden.

3.1. Scraping & Data Mining

You may not:

• scrape content, prompts, generations, or UI
• conduct automated extraction
• copy system outputs for dataset creation
• attempt to map or reverse-engineer the AI model

We block IPs and accounts engaged in scraping.

3.2. Automated Tools, Bots & Macro Scripts

You may not:

• use bots or automation to simulate usage
• run scripts that create, modify, or spam characters
• overload or stress-test systems

3.3. Security Violations

Prohibited:

• probing, scanning, or testing the platform for vulnerabilities
• bypassing security, moderation, or payment controls
• reverse engineering or decompiling any system component
• accessing accounts without authorization

Attempted breaches will be escalated to authorities.

3.4. Circumvention & Exploit Attempts

You may not attempt to:

• bypass moderation filters
• trick or jailbreak the AI
• request banned content indirectly
• create “code words” to evade safety mechanisms
• sell or distribute circumvention methods

Repeat attempts may result in permanent bans.

4. Fraud, Payments & Crypto Abuse

You may not:

• use stolen payment credentials
• charge back valid transactions
• manipulate referral or affiliate systems
• exploit token-based or subscription rewards
• engage in crypto tumbling, mixing, or suspicious funneling

We work with payment processors, security vendors, and regulators to detect fraud and money-laundering attempts (see AML/Anti-Fraud Policy).
 

5. Spam, Misuse & Disruption

Users may not:

• send mass messages or spam
• promote external platforms in abusive ways
• advertise illegal or adult services
• use Sauci AI for phishing or social engineering
• disrupt Discord channels or community spaces

6. User Responsibility

You understand and agree:

• You are responsible for your prompts and generated output.
• You must use the platform legally and ethically.
• You may not rely on AI content for real-world advice (medical, legal, financial, etc).
• You must report violations to: support@sauci.ai or via our Discord moderation team.

7. Enforcement Actions

Depending on the severity, we may:

• remove content
• disable features
• enforce rate limits
• temporarily suspend accounts
• permanently ban accounts
• report activity to payment providers
• report illegal behavior to law enforcement

We reserve full discretion in applying enforcement measures.

8. Modifications

Sauci AI may update this AUP at any time to reflect:

• legal changes
• safety requirements
• new features
• improvements in moderation

Changes take effect upon posting.
