Sauci AI is committed to maintaining full legal compliance with applicable U.S. federal regulations, including 18 U.S.C. §2257, 18 U.S.C. §2257A, and 28 C.F.R. Part 75 (the “Federal Labeling and Record-Keeping Law”).

This statement explains why Sauci AI is exempt from the record-keeping requirements of these laws.

1. No Real Humans Are Depicted

All visual content displayed on sauci.ai (the “Website”), including images, videos, characters, avatars, and any other media, is created exclusively through artificial intelligence technology.

Sauci AI does not:

• use real human performers
• feature real individuals in any sexually explicit content
• upload, distribute, or display user-submitted photos of real people
• depict identifiable persons in explicit or sexual acts

Every piece of content on the platform is synthetic and does not involve actual human beings. Therefore:

✔ Sauci AI is fully exempt from 18 U.S.C. §2257 and §2257A

✔ No performer age verification records are required

✔ No physical labeling or inspection records are required

2. Exclusively AI-Generated Content

The Website employs machine learning and generative AI models to produce visual and textual materials based solely on algorithmic generation.

Because:

• no real persons are photographed, filmed, or recorded
• all displayed individuals are fictional constructs
• no human actors participate in production

the Federal Labeling and Record-Keeping Law does not apply.

3. No Uploads of Real Human Content

To maintain compliance, Sauci AI prohibits users from:

• uploading photos or videos of real individuals
• generating explicit depictions of real identifiable persons
• attempting to use the platform to create deepfake pornography
• uploading minors or minor-appearing individuals

Our Prohibited Content & Safety Policy enforces strict bans on real-person explicit content and likeness exploitation.

4. Disclaimer on Likeness or Similarity

Any resemblance between AI-generated characters and real individuals is:

• purely coincidental,
• unintended, and
• not based on any actual person’s likeness.

Sauci AI provides a Content Removal & Likeness Policy allowing individuals to request removal if they believe content resembles them.
