1. General Refund Policy Overview
Sauci AI provides digital services, AI generations, and subscription-based features. Because digital content is delivered instantly, and tokens are consumed immediately once used:
- Most purchases are non-refundable
- Refund requests are reviewed case by case, and approved only in specific, limited circumstances
If you experience any technical issues, defective output, failed deliveries, or billing errors, please contact us at support@sauci.ai so we can help resolve the issue.
2. Quality Guarantee (Defects & Errors)
We stand behind the quality and uptime of our platform. If:
- you receive defective, broken, or repeatedly failed AI generations,
- a feature you purchased does not work as intended, or
- a system error prevents delivery of tokens or usage,
you must notify us within 7 days of purchase or incident.
We may, at our discretion:
- replace lost tokens,
- restore service access,
- fix the issue and compensate you appropriately, or
- in rare cases issue a partial or full refund (non-crypto payments only).
Refund decisions are made case by case, based on logs, usage, and system data.
3. Tokens, Top-Ups & Digital Goods
All token purchases, digital credits, boosts, top-ups, and usage-based digital goods are:
- Final and non-refundable,
- Even if unused, except where required by mandatory consumer law.
Why?
Tokens provide immediate access to digital AI processing, meaning the service begins the moment tokens are added to your account.
Users are responsible for:
- verifying the correct package before purchasing,
- managing token usage,
- ensuring their device/internet connection is functioning properly.
4. Subscription Plans (Monthly, 3-Month, Annual)
4.1 Cancellation of Subscriptions
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings or by contacting support@sauci.ai.
When you cancel:
- Your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period
- No prorated refunds are issued for partially used billing cycles
- Tokens already credited remain in your account unless stated otherwise
4.2 Renewals
We send reminder emails (where technically possible) before:
- 3-month renewals
- 12-month renewals
This allows you to top up on time or cancel if you do not wish to renew.
5. Cryptocurrency Payments (Top-Ups, 3-Month, and 1-Year Packages Only)
Sauci AI accepts cryptocurrency only for:
- Token Top-Ups
- 3-Month Subscription Packages
- 1-Year Subscription Packages
Due to the nature of blockchain transactions:
- All cryptocurrency payments are final and non-refundable
- Crypto transactions cannot be reversed, disputed, or undone
- Price volatility and network fees are outside our control
Please double-check:
- the payment amount
- the wallet address
- the network
- the selected package
before completing your transaction.
If a crypto payment fails due to a user error (e.g., wrong network, underpayment), we cannot guarantee recovery.
6. Billing Issues & Failed Payments
If you believe you have been incorrectly charged or if a renewal occurred unexpectedly:

- We will investigate and determine appropriate action
In cases of fraud or unauthorized transactions, you must also notify your bank or payment provider.
7. Refund Exceptions Required by Law
If you live in a region where consumer protection laws mandate refund rights for digital goods (such as certain EU/EEA countries), those rights may apply unless you gave explicit consent to immediate delivery.
By purchasing tokens or instant-access digital features on Sauci AI, you acknowledge:
- digital content is delivered immediately
- you waive your statutory withdrawal right under EU digital goods law (where applicable)
This is standard practice for instant digital services.

If you believe your situation qualifies for a review, contact:
