How to Appeal

If your generated content is blocked or removed, you can appeal via the complaints system:

1. Submit a support ticket from the help center or in-app form, including:
   • Details of the blocked generation (prompt, output ID if available).
   • Explanation why you believe it complies with guidelines.
2. Sauci reviews appeals within 7 business days, checking against policies (e.g., no CSAM, consent required).
3. You will receive a decision via email or notification—decisions are final but may include guidance for future prompts.

Appeals follow our Complaints and Content Removal Policy, which includes a defined DMCA procedure for copyright claims. Immediate removal occurs for illegal content; appeals do not restore prohibited items.
