Prohibited Topics

Sauci strictly prohibits any content that is illegal, harmful, or violates card brand regulations. Merchants are responsible for ensuring AI systems do not produce such material. Prohibited content includes, but is not limited to:

• Non-Consensual Use of Image or Likeness: Any content using the identifiable likeness of a real individual without documented consent, including deepfakes or similar outputs.
• Copyrighted Material: Unauthorized use of copyrighted works (images, text, videos) without proper licenses.
• Illegal or Harmful Content:
  1. Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM): Any depiction, implication, or suggestion of minors in sexual contexts.
  2. Incest: Content involving familial relationships in sexual acts.
  3. Bestiality: Acts involving animals, "creatures" (e.g., aliens, hybrids), or non-human entities with humans.
  4. Rape or Non-Consensual Acts: Any form of force, coercion, drugs, alcohol, hypnosis, or scenarios where participants cannot consent (e.g., sleeping, intoxicated, unconscious).
